Little Chelsea Garden Flat

Communication beforehand meant that Sarah our host was present when we arrived. She explained where everything was in the flat and then left us in peace. She always responded promptly when we had a question. The flat is spacious and really comfortable. On the usual test for a holiday rental - a comfortable bed and efficient shower - it passed with flying colours. And there was huge choice of good restaurants within easy walking distance. We'd stay again, without a second thought!

The kitchen facilities were perfect for our needs as we ate out for every meal except breakfast. For anyone wishing to prepare a complicated meal, it's likely that some utensil might be missing. However, the kitchen knives were sharp which is always a bonus!

Everything was perfect. Over from France with a broken ankle for my daughter’s graduation I required something comfortable and safe and beautiful. It fulfilled all this and more. A peaceful location but close to the beach, station and the towner gallery. A sweet garden with tropical plants to dine in,. Super comfy bed and great linen. Fabulous bathroom with plentiful soft towels. Spacious living room with lovely touches. Well equipped kitchen. All tastefully decorated. Oh Netflix too on huge screen. John and Sarah are great hosts, kind and considerate. I can’t wait to come back.

Amazing location!!! Cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops galore literally within arms reach. Clean and recently redecorated. It's literally a regal home from home. It has gorgeous original period features and is sumptuously decorated. The hosts were amazing as they delayed their weekend plans to help check me in late in the day.

The apartment was very central for train station, beach and shops . Beautiful appointed apartment with everything we needed, lovely sheltered garden .

This is an absolutely beautiful hidden gem of a property, right in the heart of Eastbourne. The home is beautifully decorated to a very high standard, including original features. We also had access to a private courtyard garden that we enjoyed using. The home comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay, towels, kitchen essentials, the most comfortable bed also!. It is on the doorstep to a huge selection of bars and restaurants. We received a warm welcome from the hosts. They clearly have care for their guests, wanting to ensure they have a pleasant stay! We can not wait to return again soon!

Wonderful location, a short walk from the train station and a shorter walk to the tennis. Wonderful cafes and independent shops on the next street. Perfect for my Eastbourne tennis trip. The flat was newly (and tastefully) furnished. It felt like a home from home. John and Sarah were great hosts.
