Urbanicooh Asinelli - Balcony on Piazza Maggiore

The location is extraordinary, with front windows looking right out onto Piazza Maggiore, therefore you are very centrally located. Of course, that is both good and bad--you are in the thick of things but there is a noise factor.

Negative details: the toilet seat in the back bathroom was broken and slides sideways off its pedestal. This would be pretty simple to fix and odd that it has been left this way. The back bedroom is quite small and mostly taken up by the bed, though it is quieter. You'll have a challenge setting out two suitcases. The apartment has an induction stove but some of the pans provided cannot be used with induction--it makes no sense (careless) that they would be in this kitchen.

The location is amazing, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable.

Location is amazing!!! You are right on the square, steps from the food market. Truly fabulous location.

Could use a night table in second bedroom, mattress pad to soften the mattresses, and someplace in bathroom to hang a robe.

Location was fantastic and the apartment was very clean. The host is also very responsive and instructions are well explained.

The view is exceptional however I did not realize it was not full floor to ceiling windows. Regardless it was superb. I think a little table and 2 chairs would be great for the balcony. Coffee there would be magnificent. As for the late night noise from the piazza it did not bother us.

Perfect location! Couldn’t ask for more. Right on Piazza Maggiore and walking distance to most of the city’s main attractions. The bar downstairs is awesome and the foodie street is on your doorstep. We were very happy to stay here.

Very minor things, but the living room was not planned particularly well for the number of people that can be accommodated in the flat. There is only 1 sofa that seats 2, we were 3 so even though you can use the dining chairs it wasn’t the most comfortable area where we could hang out together. The other minor point is that there is only 1 roll of toilet paper provided. Not a big deal but when you’re staying for a few days, you use it up and it’s a very awkward item to run out of 😂

Location, convenience and views … centered at the Piazza Maggiore.

Visible signs of wear and tear and many unfinished repairs present. Refuse from the previous tenant had not been removed from the bins. The street level entrance door malfunctioned, trapping my wife and I in the apartment for over an hour … fifteen calls and texts to the property manager were made during this time until help was finally sent. The manager Michele Palma has habits of going ‘off the grid’ when needed and sending messages when he requires your attention at inappropriate hours (i.e. 02:00 or later).
