Very clean spacious rooms. Amazing staff (shout out to manager Naman, and head waiter Ravi). Nothing was too much trouble. We ended up staying for a week after our son got altitude sickness. The guys had oxygen on hand, and knew exactly what to do. In house food is amazing. Location a short walk to main bazaar, but very quiet with views to Stok Kangri.

I stayed here four nights and found the staff (especially Banan, the manager) to very service oriented. See my prior review—facilities, staff, location and food are all excellent.

Perfect location and very modern hotel just .4 mile from Main Bazaar. Naman, the manager, is amazing in his service-orientation and attention to detail. His entire staff shows the same high quality. Room is very large, bathroom is totally updated, there is 24x7 hot water, power, and strong wifi. My balcony has spectacular view and an outside sitting area. Food/service are superb-they have buffets but I always ordered off menu—totally satisfied. There is a small courtyard with tables/umbrellas on ground level.

I liked everything.

The location is close to the main market of Leh. One can just walk up. The family room is perfect for family of four.

No fan in rooms however option of standing fan to be placed. Summer in leh now require fans.
