The staff of this property is very friendly and helpful and provide you with any assistance you need. The room was nice and the view from my room was majestic. The property was clean and very well maintained.

Location is superb and the food being served was very good. Hotel met & exceeded our expectation. The staff comprising Naman & team went out their way to help us to acclimatise us to the low oxygen levels, since we were coming from Delhi. Stay was very good & enjoyed every minute.

The family room is spacious and the property is walking distance from Leh Market. Staff os polite and helpful.

Approach road is but narrow for SUVs but the same is true for most of the locations.

Nice hotel with ectremely nice and helpful staff. The staff is the main point of this hotel. Very helpful and they show respect that you will not get in Europe. You will not even get 10 percent of the service and kindness in Europe, especially not in Scandinavia. My best recommendations for this hotel, and by tje way, you will get very nice breakfast.

The on site manager, Naman, was incredibly helpful. We had altitude sickness and took care of us. Felt like a local homey place.

Dogs bark on and off late at night. They gave us standing fans. Ceiling fans would have been nice.

Location is walking distance from main market yet very silent n peaceful. Service is really good, they go beyond their boundaries to full fill the requirements. Overall very very satisfied with the property
