The supervisor/reception staff is very friendly and helpful. He made all effort to print and scan documet including how to use an App to scan. The hotel has a small nice front garden- neat and clean. Various potted plants were placed along the stairs, and corridor. The hotel interior corridor, staircase are spacious. The hotel prepared packed breakfast for those who cannot do the regular breakfast. Laundry cost was cheap. My room was upgraded to one with balcony at no extra. Good room facilities at most attractive room rate, compared to the other 3 hotels I stayed in Leh and Nubra Valley, which make the hotel excellent value.

Should inform new guest arriving that if hot water is needed in the room, to call front desk who can then switch on the hot water to the room very quickly. I think the hotel has installed a hot water on demand system as part of saving energy - a commendable effort. When I asked to switch on hot water for my shower, the hot water was available within few minutes. There is no lift, but hotel staff would help to take luggage upstair.

We had 2 reservations at this place. We kept some of our luggage here as we had to come back again the day before our flight. We had early check-out and they arranged for packed hot breakfast for us. Naman and staff were very friendly and took care of all our requests while we were at the property.

Property is very nice & the red roses in the garden make it more beautiful.Room is neat n clean.food is decent n less spicy.service is really good..staff literally running to fulfil our needs

Entire stay at the hotel was full of comfort. Manager Naman helped with all the necessary things. Rooms were very clean.
