Lam Vien Homestay Hue

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful homestay that exuded an Airbnb-like vibe. The owner, Ms. Roi, was exceptionally sweet and helpful, making us feel right at home. The property was immaculately maintained, and we were impressed by the attention to detail. Although slightly away from the main area, the peaceful and calm atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. Ms. Roi shared captivating stories and invited us to her house and coffee shop in the countryside, adding a personal touch to our experience. We were sad that we couldn't extend our stay due to its popularity, but it was a testament to how wonderful this homestay truly is. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a cozy and memorable retreat. Don't miss out on the opportunity to immerse yourself in this delightful haven.

For me localization was perfect, 4km to city center but closer to old pagodas and more nature. Recommend for people who likes silence and want to relax from the city. - possibility to rent a motorbike in a good price - comfy room with fast internet and TV - kitchen available - free water - very kind host - flexible check-in

Great huge room with terrace, lovely countryside, you could cook here or do laundry, and it's very close to the Tu Hieu temple ( Thich Nhat Hanh).

It was not in the city, but 5 km from city center, so very isolated, dark little path street in residential area, no shops or restaurants close. It is not a homestay but an empty private house, with no-one there to receive you or let you in, and no answer when I repeatedly tried to call. Luckily my Grab driver called for me and was able to get a response, and waited with me until the hostess arrived. That was kind of spooky on a dark rainy night as a solo traveller, so I wouldn't recommend this place for solo travellers.
