As a family group, it was nice to have a kitchen and living room for relaxation. The cottage was clean and beautifully updated, and location made walking city wall and visiting attractions walkable. Also walkable from train station.

Lack of grab bars made both stepping up into and then down out of the shower/tub difficult for two of us— one with hip arthritis, the other with knee replacement. We used a hand towel as bath mat to counteract slippery tub floor.

Excellent location - very central. Just a short walk into city. Lots of local restaurants/takeaways/coffee shops/Sainsburys only yards from the house. House is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. We had a fabulous week’s family holiday. So much to see and do in York. Highly recommend this property.

"Love York"

Trinity was in a great location a short walk from all attractions, the property was excellent, The beds were comfortable its perfect for a short break and the staff were very accomodating on extended parking on the day of leaving, we did pay but it was easier than locating a spot in York on a Saturday.

Heating system was unreliable and a bit chilly at night , thicker duvets for winter months, nothing major wouldnt put me off going there again.

"really excellent house"

superb location for sightseeing, walkable to everything in york, 5 minutes from restaurants etc. but its on a very quiet back street so undisturbed nights. house facilities were excellent, one of the best holiday lets we've ever stayed in. Obviously recently refurbished, all facilities modern, clean and comfortable. excellent hot water and heating, powerful shower. second toilet in cloakroom downstairs. lounge has comfortable seating for 5 (2x 2 seater sofa, 1x armchair). kitchen has dining table that will seat 5. kitchen suitable for cooking simple meals for 4-5 people - hob, oven, microwave, good sized fridge/freezer. off-road parking in the yard right outside the property for an additional fee of ÂŁ10/day (just ask the agents). absolutely couldn't fault it, if visiting york again I wouldn't hesitate to use this house again.
