Hotel Diosa del Agua Bacalar

Location is good, close to center and also close to a boardwalk where you can see the lagoon. Breakfast included, basic but enough if you need to leave early for a boat tour.

The hotel is very dated. Sheets were almost falling apart from excessive use. There was a horrible smell in our room, mild or cleaning solution, I'm not sure but it was really bad. We also tried changing dates as we had enough time for cancellation and the hotel did not respond through booking until it was already too late. When I finally got a hold of them they said it's not their problem and I need to sort it out with booking. After we arrived the guy at the front desk told me don't worry we were able to sort it out and you will not be charged for the extra night, he explained their booking communication did not work. Then he told me some stories about how he will give us a better room for some reason. Now that I'm sitting down to check out expenses I see he charged us for the 5 nights. I feel I was scammed. Not a good feeling to have ....

Bel établissement, l emplacement permet de rejoindre la centre a pied en 10 minutes. L hôtel est très beau

Mooie locatie dicht aan de lagune en het ecopark. In de kamers waren de bedden comfortabel en de badkamer was gewoon schoon. Het hotel heeft genoeg plekken om te relaxen, evenals een zwembadje om af te koelen. Zelf zijn we alleen gaan zwemmen in de lagune, daar dat op 5 min lopen is en toch net wat specialer.

Niet al het personeel spreek een woordje Engels, wat in ons geval niet hielp daar bij aankomst de geboekte kamer niet beschikbaar bleek. Na een Google translate conversatie kregen we echter een riante upgrade zonder bijkomende kosten. Het ontbijt is niet heel speciaal en de porties zijn vrij klein. Genoeg om op pad de gaan, maar in de buurt hebben we betere ontbijt opties gezien.

Soy ARMY y mi visita al sureste,y en Bacalar la Diosa del Agua es parada obligada. Fui la más feliz durante mi estancia. Sobre todo agradezco que conserven gran parte del restaurante de Jini's chiken

Todo lo que tienen de V, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y pude encontrar otras ARMYS

Tout était correct. Mais nous avons été un peu déçues pour le petit déjeuner.

L'emplacement avec le centre ville était très bien. Les extérieurs sont agréables et spacieux.

La piscine était verte, impraticable. Les chambres étaient spacieuses mais vieilles. La salle de bain est petite et nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant tout le séjour. Peu de luminosité dans la salle de bain. Un coffre fort portable pour la sécurité pas terrible. Beaucoup de moustiques. Petit déjeuner pas terrible. La majorité du personnel n'est pas accueillant.
