Amazing location

Room was noisy.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We did not have hot water in the evening. In the morning, there was still no hot water until staff reset the boiler. There were various constructions going on in the hotel. The breakfast was quite disappointing.

Some noise from the construction, but this looks to be nearly finished, and all work was only during normal hours.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They placed an extra baby bed in our room and helped book our next hotel. The room was clean. During breakfast they were able to accommodate our needs even though they only offer a fixed menu.

It’s overpriced for what you’re getting. The room and beds are small. The pool wasn’t cleaned once during our stay. House keeping left out windows open while construction workers are walking around (apparently they are renovating). The location is a bit far from the center, but there are some nice restaurants in walking distance. The table tennis table was broken.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful shard patio with pool and hangout area. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Good location, quiet area even over New Year's Eve. Parking available.

The room was quite small and dark. There were not enough places to hang towels and swimwear to dry. The faucet sprayed water all over. The King Room does not have a patio of its own as advertised, only access to the shared outdoor space. Almost all of the bikes offered for guest use were in unusable condition (e.g. missing brakes or chains or pedals, bent seat post). Some areas seemed neglected or unfinished. Overall felt quite overpriced.

Breakfast was good and the location was great. Staff were all very nice. Shoutout to the breakfast waitress in the morning she was great.

The wifi was terrible not accessible 98% of the time. We were in room 1 so nearly everyone passed us to get to their rooms and every car drove in our direction, which would light up the room each time throughout the night. There is construction onsite which is fine the noise didn’t bother us but the pool was closed. We weren’t notified of this prior to booking. We travelled with two small kids who were looking forward to the pool. It rained nearly the whole time so would have been nice to be able to access the covered pool. Or again been notified to the closure prior to our stay.
