Everything! The hosts communicated so well, the property was stunning, clean and comfortable, and the additional options of an in house masseuse and temezcal completed a rejuvenating few days!

The ladies who cleaned the room were excellent! Also, it was nice to be in a peaceful place away from crowds and the view of the lake and volcano were very nice.

It was a bit hard to find. Some good directions would be handy.

Gorgeous location. Comfortable room. Unequaled view super quiet. Best shower in Guatemala! Purified water system such a treat! Wish we’d stayed longer

Almost nothing but the sheets could be replaced and the pillows are old and a bit smelly

Great view and lake access. Quiet place and relax vibe. Good kitchen

We did not have hot water for more than 5 minutes at our stay. We had A LOT of ants all over and they were on our clothes as well. Bring your own hand soap and shampoo.

the views are unbeattable

just be aware there's no AC. We never got the check in instructions and it was a self-checkin. So we had to ask a local to contact the property to get the access code

The view was great and the management responded right away when we had an issue with checking in.

The price, responsiveness of management and convenience to the neighboring dock was unbeatable. My slight complaint is it’s not quite a 4 star hotel as it’s labeled on bookings and felt more like a very nice airbnb. For example our room did not come with body soap/the shampoo was a half used bottle thats meant to be shared between guests. The floor under the shower/bath was squishy. It didn’t negatively impact my experience but just something to manage expectations about before arriving.
