Cosy home perfect for families and contractors with free parking

Everything was great the only downside for me personally was the bed it was too soft but I like a form mattress . House was lovely and well worth the money.

This was our second time stopping at this property very good location nice and comfortable hopefully will be staying again soon thanks 😊

Ryan was very good at comms, the house is in a good location (apart from the main road) for most areas of Darlington and is well well decorated in the main, it is quite cosy, with efficient heating and has the mod cons you need for a short or long stay. However -

On arrival there was no toilet paper, no bin bags, (and a bin outside half full of rubbish and food left overs) very little watered down washing up liquid and two small, soiled towels that you can't use for a shower and barely passable for face washing. Cups, plates and cutlery were dirty with not a single glass in the house and a single scratched and rusty baking tray. After I'd bought washing liquid, toilet paper, washing powder and washed the towels, oven gloves, plates and cutlery the accommodation met expectations. I did pass my comments to Ryan who was understandably very surprised and upset and has promised to take it up with the cleaner. After a better clean it is a nice house so don't let my review put you off, but be aware.

Lovely house, very clean and great location. Helpful host. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
