Cosy home perfect for families and contractors with free parking

The heating was on when we arrived. The place was clean. Good facilities and great shower.

At first we couldn't find the lockbox. It would be a good idea to leave a description in the introduction message. There were stains on the white bedding and pillow cases which were off-putting. There was dust on the side table lamp in the back bedroom.

Good location, clean, easy access with lock box, responsive host

No hand soap, no washing up liquid, intermittent WiFi and minimal kitchenware (3 mugs for example and house can accommodate 4 people)

Convenient for our journey, comfortable and clean, matched the description. Clear communication.

There were only two forks in a property that can accommodate 4!

The landlord was really good, came to see us with chocolates and a bottle of wine. Perfect location for us visiting family.would recommend

Beds were comfortable. The property was a good size. Close to the town. Cleanliness of the house overall was good, but a couple of significant issues (bathroom bin, outside rubbish) are hard to ignore.

There was a full bin in the bathroom on arrival. The kitchen did not have some basic equipment, specifically only 2 mugs and no tea towel. Tea and sugar provided but no coffee. the garden had loose rubbish such as an empty crate of Stella. little details were missing like a knife sharpener was provided, but no corkscrew. WIFI was not working well (kept disconnecting from phones) and the TV had no channels and was not connected to the internet. The hosts ignored any contact. Overall attention to detail could have been better. The negatives are small, but avoidable.

House location was great. 2 minutes from family I was visiting. Close to convenience shop. 4 minute drive to town centre. Comfy beds.

WiFi was useless, hardly ever worked. No tv signal without WiFi. Needed more cutlery if more than 2 of you.
