The fact you don't tell people what to do with the keys after your stay. would be helpfull I wasn't sure if I had to leave the keys in the apartment or take it to the corner shop, with no information at all

Nothing. We are not happy how this trip got handled.

We rang to get help to get into the property. We spoke to someone and then after that no answer with no codes or anything to get in. We was outside the apartment and couldnt get in with no help from no one. Or to get hold of anyone. We paid full price for this apartment and wiukd like a refund please.

"The only think I find it out was the bin was broken apart of that really nice clean apartment"

Clean flat. Good location. Parking

Had to collect keys from a shop nearby. It’s not far but cannot park so not a convenient process. Landlord doesn’t respond to messages. They asked for a lot of personal information pre checkin (including passport photo) which I reluctantly provided however they didn’t respond to my several requests of deleting this information after we checked out.

Good location and easy to find . Property itself was very comfortable and modern .

Adding a Coffee machine will definitely be a nice touch . Check out process wasn’t the easiest and will create really difficulty if I have to leave a property early morning as it was originally planned as a location where the key meant to be left was locked at 7am Some sort of 24/7 contact less key drop will be beneficial ( ex in the post box or key safe located on the property) Phone number provided to the host also seems not to work at any time we did try to contact the host and that’s definitely a devaluated our experience.
