Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich hervorragend. Vom Wohnzimmerfenster aus sieht man bereits das Meer, und nach wenigen Schritten steht man auf der Promenade – der Strand liegt direkt darunter. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es eine kleine Bude mit Snacks und Eis, die Bushaltestelle mit Verbindung zum Haymarket ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Auch die Metro ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das lebendige Städtchen mit vielen Geschäften, Cafés und Bars kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

Ein paar kleinere Dinge könnten noch verbessert werden: Die Couch ist leider nicht sehr bequem, besonders wenn man abends entspannen möchte. Außerdem liegt die Glasplatte des Esstisches nur lose auf, was beim Verschieben zu einem kleinen Schreckmoment geführt hat – hier wäre eine Befestigung sicherer und wünschenswert.

Kitchen needs an update. All the bins were full- there was nowhere to put rubbish for the whole of our stay. No info about recycling.

The space was beautiful, the location exceptional for what we needed and the ease of access worked so well.

It was more of a detail than a dislike, in the bathroom the toilet sits really low to the ground. There is nothing wrong with it however those who have hip issues may welcome the information.

Worst shower I have ever used (host did try to sort during our stay), plumbing in bathroom not good short flush on wc didnt work, minor cleaning issues that need sorting, modern sofa which looks nice but very uncomfortable

The location of the apartment is perfect. Views of the sea from the living room , a short walk to all the bars, restaurants, shops ans the lovely green opposite . Spacious , cool apartment with great facilities . Best of all the people.. Raymond was so prompt , efficient and helpful and as always everyone we talked to in Tynemouth was really friendly.
