We don’t get to stay as building work was happening

We’re informed the evening before about building work!!!

the rooms were spacious, clean, well decorated and pleasant. Good TV and kitchen facilities. Good clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Good location

Location was great. Price was good. Building has good bones. Apartment had high ceilings.

Building is under construction, which we were not informed of. Building entry was not welcoming: raw wood floors, holes in walls, open electrical sockets, unframed doors. The apartment was better but still didn't seem complete or well thought out: no toilet paper holder and only one small towel rack, linoleum kitchen floor with big bubbles, peeling wall paper in kitchen, one interior kitchen cabinet had holes and was simply ikky, inadequate, dim lighting throughout, poor caulking and tile grout coming out in bath, bed that sloped to the middle, apartment entry used as storage. Not a great experience.

Arrived to an apt that was in the midst of renovation at 5 pm ish on a sunday night no bannister rail just plastered walls and lots of dust greeted us, the apt was not anything on there website photos the bed was in bits no carpet on bedroom floor no curtains at the bedroom window plaster dust on the sofas, we was offered a stay overnight at a b and b next door but they was full so we was told to come back in 2 hours and after 2 hours it was still unfinfinshed and dusty so i said can we have a refund which they did and i received this, but that left us with nowhere to stay so we booked ourselfs into a b and b for the night at our exspense utterly shocking to say it was not of our making then we booked 4 nights at another hotel in penzance this caused me a lot of distress and made me unwell i would not reccomend this apt to anyone i cannot understand why the owners had not told us a week before then we could have fount alternative accomodation worst place ever booked on booking .com

Warm cozy spacious

Great location .

Dirty kitchen plates were left in a kitchen cupboard. No central heating in a winter only small radiators to heat up large rooms.
