The sofa was very low hard and uncomfortable, the bed was also very low. The on suite was tiny, hardly room to move.

Location was excellent Everything we needed for a break away

Really nice in the flat, had a couple of issues but the hosts were super helpful and communicated so quickly. Would stay again

Just the heating really if you feel the cold bring some layers as its oil heaters but other than a great stay :)

Loved the location and the communications from Hannah were great. Lovely big flat with pretty well equipped kitchen too. Loads of space, great WiFi. Super handy for the Mennaye if you're planning a trip to see Cornish Pirates play rugby! Got street parking right outside the flat ( imagine it's busier in the summer).

Big downside was that the only bathroom/toilet is an en suite off the double bedroom, which means that one of us had to go through the others bedroom if we needed to use the bathroom at night ( not such a problem in the day!) It was a bit tricky to get the hall light to come on and the flat key was a bit 'sticky'

Location was good only a short walk in to Penzance, easy to pick up food and supplies from nearby shops

Hallway lighting could be a bit brighter, to illuminate the stairwell better

The price was so good! Perfect for a few days exploring the SWCP. Very comfortable and I will be returning

Really great place to stay not far from the town. But not to near that it was noisy.

We arrived in the dark and was a little difficult to get in as there was no light outside.
