There is some small problem with the rooms facilities. But you will find a very pleasant experience with staff there are so kind and very much caring. Specially a very kind lady who works at the restaurant. Dear pushba . Wishing all the best for her and other staff members.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. When we had an issue with our room, they resolved it by upgrading us to a bigger and different room. When we had an issue with the dining, the Director of food and beverages, Mr. Sadana, took the matter in his own hands and resolved it right away. only two things to be noted is that the property is a bit far away from Kathmandu, and we had issues with the room air conditioner. but overall it's a very nice place for the price

The view from our room was amazing. The weather was perfect and cooler. The staff was friendly. Namita was so sweet and amazing when we checked in.

Took a long time for our bags to reach our rooms and also when we checked out. The breakfast could use with additional international items, not only indian.
