Very nice hotel with incredably friendly Staff and great view over the city. Quietly located place 15 minutes from town

Hotel has upgraded the room as described in booking.com. It was simply the booking.com mistake.

The Booking.com listing was inaccurate—the room and its amenities did not match the description.

The people that work there is very nice, kind and gentle, is a nature area and thats amazing.

You just have one reception for 3 buildings and they explaning me just the people that request premium room can stay in the building where is reception and restaurant, totally bad. If I dont ask about cleaning changing rooms they dont. I was far of everything and spa close at 8pm...very bad if you come of tours late night. Recommendation for breakfast continental breakfast not only indians visit. The place is nice and new but it doesnt mean because is new doesnt need maitenence, you have a fridge compltely empty in the rooms and I felt I was apart of services. Need to improve and hv reception in all the lobbys, no one show me or explain to me the timing of breakfast or for spa...better customer service. People at restauranbt do a great job.

The way to the property was not proper it was in construction because of that we had lot of trouble in reaching out to the property and breakfast was also not that much good I didn't like it at all.
