TD Casa Altomare w Terrace Over Historic Center

Location is perfect for walking around and exploring Monopoli. The place was perfect for our family of 5 and we enjoyed lounging on the terrace in the evening.

Fantastisk takterasse. Leiligheten ligger perfekt til i gamlebyen.

Litt harde senger. Vanskelig å låse opp inngangsdøren. AC på det ene soverommet fungerte ikke.

Les escaliers, les marches sont très hautes, ce n’est mentionné nulle part qu’il y a autant de marches. Ça a était un enfer avec les valises. Les informations concernant l’accès à l’appartement n’étaient pas complètes donc à l’arrivée nous avons du attendre dans le rue avec tous les bagages jusqu’à ce que quelqu’un nous rappelle

Location was fantastic, right in the old town. The two bed, two bathroom apartment was great with good facilities and to top it off a rooftop terrace.

The apartment itself is very beautiful. Perfect to have 2 suites and do not need to share one bathroom with many people. The apartment has everything you need for cooking some confort food. If you will stay long, consider the refrigerator is small. The upper terrace gives more exclusive space to sunbath instead of crowded beaches. The location is perfect.

Once you confirm the booking you will receive several emails and whatsapp questions. I also read the contract I signed and #7 inform that in case of needed maintance they can come to the house to fix it. It did not happen to me but I did not feel confortable to sign it. It should have been written they would inform and have an agreement from the guest to bring any staff inside. Another note is to check in after 16h00 and leave the property at 10h00 without any flexibility. It is the first time I see this. Maybe should have more hands in the cleaning team. And last point is the stairs. Second floor up and difficult stairs to bring things up.
