Friendly host. Beautiful property and fantastic value for money. Comfy beds. Everything you need is there. Milk provided for our arrival. Big secure garden and driveway - sturdy gates for pet/car security.

We should have booked a longer stay.

Location to seaside, no neighbours, large garden for my dogs, spacious cottage, equipped with everthing you need and on first night I could hear the lions and hyenas which is a nice touch

Booking.com listing is incorrect - it’s 11am check out not 11-12 and it’s not the entire home as bedrooms are blocked off and a cleaning room Spa bath didn’t work and some strange mark in it and toothpaste from previous guests on underneath of main bathroom sink and kitchen floor was still dirty, otherwise it’s a lovely place just a few small niggles

Absolutely stunning

Not far from the little town only stayed for 1 night, lovely property, plenty of off street parking, very Quiet road, enclosed garden for the dog just an overnight stay while visiting Lincoln, before heading to the Peak District, lovely open plan living area and a separate reception room, Grateful for the Milk, tea, coffee etc

just the mattress was too soft for OUR liking and the Telly in the open plan room was too high up and sort of had to lie down to watch it

Quiet area, only 20 mins walk into town and slightly more to wildlife park. Kitchen has the wow factor. Well laid out and well stocked with pots and pans, plates, cups etc, oven, microwave and air fryer. Nice sitting out in the evening and could sometimes hear animals in wildlife park.

Short on ordinary knives. Bath and shower slippery and only one bathroom has bathmat. Only one bedside lamp which was touch type and flickered when put on so felt best not to use.

A lovely spacious house with all the comforts of home. Would recommend this house for families or friends. Quite location and close to nearby attractions.
