Seaside beach themed home with garden and driveway

Located very near the beach but set back enough to be very quiet- the loudest noises tended to be the seagulls.

Lovely clean property, excellent location. Dog friendly with enclosed garden. Easy entry and exit procedures

Only negative was a constant dripping sound from toilet in bathroom but it didn't warrant a complaint

Lovely and clean, Sam was really accommodating and communicative. Lovely neighbours and great location for my teens getting in and out of Blackpool.

Didn’t not like just an observation that done patio furniture would be great. We were very lucky with the weather and eating outdoors would have been an added bonus.

We liked the whole feel of the place and the location was ideal for our stay - in a quite area and and it was great to have a drive/parking. We liked the speedy response when we needed help such as when we couldnt operate the electric hob - Sam came out and helped us understand in how to work it :)

We liked the space and the location. We had shops Blackpool and Lytham all on our doorstep. We liked the fact that it was on a housing estate with people around us. We liked how easy it was to check in but would of liked to have checked in sooner so we would of been able to enjoy the location more.

We would of liked to have checked in at 1pm if possible so making the most of our stay as we were only an hour away from home. We did not like that there was only one couch and a round foot stool, we are a family of four and I had my mum with me so we missed out on all sitting together as there was not enough room. We also didn't like all the stuff on the walls we counted over 20 just in the hallway and 10 in the main bedroom. Coming from a family with teenagers with additional needs it was just to visually overwhelming. The shower in the main bedroom was faulty and not able to be used and the beading at the back door needs fixing as it causes you to trip and the blind needs repairing to.

Brilliant location and a home from home experience with everything catered for.

Location

The staff were very helpful with excellent instructions for the property. The location was excellent and the home itself was clean and tidy with pleasant aesthetics. It is a 2 minute walk to the nearest beach and a 30 minute walk into Blackpool, there are fantastic transport links too which was handy for getting about.

The beds in the rooms where not the most comfy, the doubles could have done with more pillows and they were very low down to the floor with one of the mattresses feeling a little sunken in the middle. The rooms could do with a little upgrade. But this is mostly a personal preference thing rather than a deal breaker. They could do with getting some more cups, glasses and cutlery. And also cooking utensils and some oven proof dishes. What was there was fine for a short stay but I would struggle if we stayed longer being someone who likes to cook. These are not negatives, more something to consider improving.
