La posizione centralissima lo rende un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole godere della città e visitarla con calma. Nonostante non i sia un contatto diretto con i proprietari, devo dire che il servizio e lo scambio di mail è stato soddisfacente: puntuali, precisi e gentilissimi. Il self check in rende l'accesso facilitato e non crea ansia nel doversi presentare ad un orario stabilito. L'appartamento ben tenuto, silenzioso e la pulizia è soddisfacente.

The location in the citadelle, 10 min walk from train station. The quiet area, very clean and comfortable place. The owner was very helpful and available. Very easy to follow instructions to find the apartment and all that is needed was there.

Parking within the walls of the citadelle is very hard, but plenty of spaces outside the walls. We were not meant to have a car originally but there was advices from owner about parking too, so it was as advertised.

Wifi funziona molto male

The Wifi stopped working shortly after I checked in. I contacted the management company at the Whatsapp number provided, and they responded that they would alert the manager immediately. I didn't hear anything further, so I checked for an update after a few hours, and they responded that they were "waiting for a response" from whoever it was that they were getting to fix the issue. I never heard from them again, and the Wifi was never fixed during my stay. This resulted in a waste of money and (most importantly) a lot of time to find alternatives to get online. Following my check-out, I sent them a polite message at the same Whatsapp number requesting a redress . No response. The management company sent a message (likely automated) on the Booking chat application, asking for a review and stating "Did something not work as expected? Let us know here; we're here to help." I again wrote about the Wifi issue and requested a redress. No response. So here is the review: The apartment is in a good location, but beware, you will be out of luck if anything malfunctions and/or you need any help during your stay.
