Modern Downtown Top Floor Penthouse With Bay Views

Great location near to cruise port and Pike Market. Really nice duplex apartment with pool and gym. Reception desk manned 24 hours. Nice rooftop terrace overlooking the water.

I expect the apartment might be uncomfortable in the height of summer as the double height windows were south-face and the airconditioning units are small portable units - they might struggle.

Decent view of skyline other than that nothing just stood out.

No air conditioning other than mobile unit set by sliding glass door. Carpet was very worn out tons of bleach stains everywhere place looks a lot nicer in pictures.. was kind of confusing and difficult with rental lease outside of Booking.com.

The location is amazing, there was a parking space so that was awesome. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable, and the views were great of the city at night. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and enjoy.

The pool area was closed and we were not told that prior to our trip, and we were all looking forward to the hot tub after a long day walking to pikes market. Also the roof top "Community balconies" were locked when we went to have coffee/tea on them in the morning, which they said was due to wind, however we were out till 3:00 and there was no wind then so I don't know what they were talking about. The last renter had a pet so there was white dog hair when we dried our clothes and there were lots of hairs in the bathroom that had statically clung to the wall which was gross. However the showers, sinks and floors were clean so we just kept the door open and it was fine.

The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the piers and other tourist attractions. The hosts were very accommodating and arranged to meet my party at an earlier check-in, which we greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the washer was not working.

The check in process was horrible. The amount of paper work was duplicate. Despite giving all information, they needed more information from multiple guests on the day of check-in. Very hard to understand customer representative. They rushed all the check-in requirements while we were flying adding to the stress. Requires building tour when you check-in and while you have all your luggage with you. They did not honor early check in. They were also late while we waited for them to get us in.

Great location. Very clean and had everything needed for our stay.

I had made a request to check in at 3pm but the host said she had not received my request (I had the text messages saved in my phone. We had to check out by 11am instead of noon.
