Beautiful cottage/let in a perfect location, really comfy bed and everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay (including croissants!). And everything was spotless! Thank you again!

The property was AMAZING so clean and tidy and was perfectly cosy which is what we wanted. Karen the host was so lovely she made the stay very special with a bottle of bubbly and explained more about the area as we hadn’t been there before.

Everything was great no complaints!

"Great option for a quiet and comfortable stay near Chichester."

Lovely little place to stay with everything you need. Lovely to be offered a bottle of fizz and croissants on the house ! We appreciated the non-feather pillows too. Good to have Netflix also. Easy to get the bus into Chichester, or stay to eat at the Walnut Tree Pub which does great food.

The shower temperature was not easy to control.

One word “Perfect” this is a stunning place to stay. The attention to detail is incredible.

Immaculate, spotless, decoration is beautiful and our host “K” was so warm and welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful. She has created a little oasis and we would highly recommend this to anyone looking for quality. Many Thanks.

Karen was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and the accommodation was a gorgeous chic design. It's a shame we weren't staying longer, but would re-book when visiting the area again.

"Beautiful little cottage in a fantastic location."

Gorgeous little abode, pristine clean and beautifully decorated. Very good location, close to town and to the Goodwood Circuit. The owner, Karen was very kind, giving us a lift to the Goodwood Revival. She also provided a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolate croissants for us to enjoy during our stay.

Nothing, everything was perfect.
