Karen was very welcoming. A delightful place, just perfect for us for the night. Very clean and comfortable. We will be back again.

The host, Karen, was very welcoming and gave us really good information on the area. The property was well equipped and the sole use of the secure garden was lovely for our dog. The location was superb with easy access to the coast and the South Downs National Park.

Everything was excellent, very well maintained cabin with it's own garden. Definitely the best place to stay

Highly recommend booking this self contained let, We had the most amazing 2 night stay over Christmas. The place is new, exceptionally clean and of very high standard, we all felt very comfortable and had a great nights sleep here, It was very peaceful with beautiful surroundings. The owner (Karen), we met upon check in is very welcoming and friendly, she is also so thoughtful for providing us with some lovely nibbles, fridge essentials and a bottle of Prosecco for us on arrival even some little dog treats for our frenchies! This was unexpected and a lovely touch. We would definitely book here again and this places deserves a 10 star rating.
