Modern Apartment in De Waterkant l Private Rooftop

The place was amazing, no complaints at all.

The nosy neighbours. They made our stay us uncomfortable.

Was a mess from the start! Nothing to like.

Waiting on the street for hours, waiting to check in (confirmed the time twice) then we waited on the street a little bit more;waiting for the cleaner to finish up. (She took a nap on the couch i could tell) after they waste our whole afternoon, place was still not ready to check in, filthy!! No sheets or towels, very unprofessional and not near ready. When it became late, we left, looked for a hotel, missed our appointment as for we were unable to shower and get ready in time. After days of messages back and forth, they didn’t even gave us a refund. Not even one night’s stay. (We booked for 5days) 😡😡😡 don’t stay here, even if its the last place in the Western Cape! ✌🏻

The smell was terrible- cigarettes The carpet was very dirty The blankets in the cupboard even stank of smoke The smell of smoke was so bad it affected our sleep and overall comfort

The location was exceptional and I love everything about the property. It is worth booking it again

The braai we wanted to use is broken. And the parking permit expired in May even though it was Sep when we booked . Luckily no fine

Apartment is nice but host are never reliable, I check in by 4:00 Pm after speaking about early check in

I like nothing , the apartment was so dirty checking in and never clean for over a week
