Location, comfortable and the food is excellent. The owners and staff are fantastic.

Lovely small family run hotel.

The room was beautifully roomy; it had plenty of storage for clothes and you could easily stay there a week and have enough space. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with views over the River Conwy and rolling hills, it was blissfully peacful with nothing but birdsone and the staff were incredibly attentive. Our dietary requiremetns were catered for, with a completely separate menu for us that the chef created, with mulitple choices in starter, main and dessert. The food was excellent quality and it was so nice, having muiltiple options that were safe. Breakfast was equally delicious and again our dietary requirements were catered for. We would happily stay there again.

I think the only thing that we could comment on was the landing at the top of the stairs to our room, which was in the tower, was very warm; other than that, it was perfect. There were no other rooms on that floor, so we felt like we were the only ones in the hotel.

Great hotel with stunning views across the valley. Very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities.

Given the warm weather the room was very warm. A better cooling fan would have helped.
