"Exceptional"

The most outstanding impression of the Manor was the exceptional quality of the staff especially Emma who deserves a 12 out of 10 for her patience, willing help,, knowledge and all round warm and pleasant personality. She was an exceptional host. Her staff obviously imbibed her spirit and ethos as they were also of excellent calibre. A wonderful all-round experience and a highly recommended place to stay.
