The Manor Boutique Hotel Restaurant and Bar

We were on a 19 day road trip through Wales and Northern England and this was our favorite hotel of the trip. The manor house is located about 2 miles from the center of Conwy so it was easy to get to town but not have to deal with all the parking issues in the center of town. The hotel is a beautiful stone building and our room faced the back of the hotel, overlooking the bowling green with views of the river. They have a large parking area which is not always available in many hotels. Our room was large, with a comfortable bed, tea/coffee supplies, lots of outlets, and a large bathroom with a great, easy to use shower. There is no elevator but they are willing to carry up luggage is you are unable to do it yourself. We enjoyed a wonderful hot breakfast included in the rate and we also enjoyed a lovely Sunday roast. The owners and all staff are so friendly and helpful and we enjoyed many conversations with them. They have a small bar off the lobby as well as another bar area for groups. They have an outdoor patio area for relaxing with a drink in the evening or to watch players bowling on the green. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

A hidden gem. The staff and the service they provided were exemplary. They were friendly and welcoming while maintaining a professional manner.

The Conwy suite is an exceptionally luxurious room: newly refurbished with high-quality furniture, very spacious, magnificent view of the estuary. Breakfast and diner were delicious with an equally stunning view over the river. Very quiet location but very near to Conwy and Bodnant Gardens.

My husband and I were completing a cycle tour in North Wales and we booked late. It was probably the best accommodation we stayed in during the whole trip, for quality, friendliness of staff and value for money. We would highly recommend.

We locked our bikes up outside and staff were very accommodating. It rained overnight, so our bikes and saddles got wet. A small shelter for bikes might encourage more cyclists to use the hotel. I couldn't describe this as something we didn't like however.
