Bali at Scenic Haven Lodge in Hartbeespoort

The was no one to assist us when we arrived or checked out had to carry bags in the rain.

The breakfast was great, we all enjoyed it.

The sleeper couch provided for the child was very uncomfortable.

Security is inefficient making coming in and out quite a frustrating process. Unit was a little bit outdated. Fridge had a sour smell when opened. Kitchenette was not equipped with a sink for guests to wash own dishes.

I must say I really liked the fact that the staff had constant communication with us, they answered their messages almost instantly and anything we needed was attended to with in 5min, that was super awesome. The place was very clean and that was really nice also.

The drive way came at abit of a challenge it is very steep, our accommodation did not come with its own parking so the carrying of the luggage was abit difficult how ever not the end of the world, would have just been nice to know and some assistance provided with the bags. The accommodation needs abit of TLC, for example the lights in our room were flickering so we decided to keep them off. The lodge needs to upgrade their first aid kit as well in terms of disinfectant and plasters.
