Bali at Scenic Haven Lodge in Hartbeespoort

Beautiful scenery with a view of the Hartbeespoort Dam. The property is surrounded by greenery and is very peaceful. Our room had a great outdoor shower and private BBQ facilities. Staff are very friendly & communicate well.

We stayed there for 3 nights but when they “refresh” your room each day, they only change linens (i.e no sweeping of floors, cleaning the bathroom etc). The wifi in our room was poor. Lots of mosquitoes & bugs on the property. The property is not close to the city centre so you shouldn’t rely on Uber / public transport.

I loved every minute of my stay at Scenic Haven Lodge. It is truly an amazing place, set in a beautiful and peaceful location in Hartbeespoort. The accommodation was comfortable, well maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hostess was exceptional — welcoming, attentive, and always willing to assist, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Scenic Haven Lodge and will certainly recommend it to others again and again.

The service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

The room was a bit too small for me and my family, the sleeper coach was a bit uncomfortable for my kids. Next time I will book a bigger place.
