Bristol City Stays - Harbourside Apartments

It was a good stay for a couple of nights! The location is good, the bed was comfy and there was good cooking supplies, which was ideal for the weekend. Easy to collect keys.

Couldn't really let light into the living room because of how close it was to the main road. Some dead bugs and spiders in the bathroom, the terrace wasn't clean so not really useable unless we had cleaned it ourselves. Not the host's fault but another tenant had parked a large bike in the narrow hallway right outside our door, so it was difficult to get in and out of the property, especially while carrying suitcases.

Great location, charming little flat

Unfortunately lots of dead bugs in the bathroom which I had to clean up. Waiting to have my cleaning fee reimbursed by booking.com

Location was perfect, size of flat was good, water was hot and plentiful, fridge worked, microwave worked. Everything felt safe and the flat was cozy.

There was too much strange furniture taking up space in the flat and many things were broken: The bathroom sink, the toilet seat (very loose), linens were stained (I'm going to assume they were laundered and just discolored). The floors had not been mopped and walking around in the flat made the soles of my feet turn black. I sent many pictures and a list of broken items, including the shelving units falling out of the walls and unattached cabinet doors.

The location was very convenient for the harbour, access was easy and the apartment was very clean.

The apartment was on a very busy road and at one point the windows have been double glazed - it seems that one side has been broken and not replaced. Replacement would make the noise level from traffic more acceptable. The bed was the kind that can fold up into the wall so had no headboard, so I guess only one pillow each will work. There was only the bare minimum of two items of a limited range of crockery, two mismatched glasses and cutlery supplied and no drying up cloth. The information said that basics were supplied so not to take anything along and look before going shopping. Two teabags, two sachets of coffee, two biscuits and some sugar sachets and no milk were provided for a two day stay. I would suggest that they omit the bit about providing basics if this is what is meant.
