Apartment was clean, with a great location near the port and shopping stores and restaurants

The host navigated us to a wrong location fews blocks away from what we booked The apartment doesn’t have enough facilities so staying 6 nights was a bit challenging, eg. there was no sweeper , no hand wash .. etc. The train passes really near the apartment and it’s very loud. I forgot my AirPods there and they told me they couldn’t find it anywhere, however i can see it’s still located in the apartment. The cleaning lady entered the apartment 20 mins before our checkout time.

THEY MAKE IT MANDATORY TO FILL A HUGE ANNOYING FORM AND UPLOAD PICTURES OF THE PASSPORT OF ALL GUESTS I had to fiel total 78 fields on the form and uploaded 6 passes, all during my holidays because they don't tell in advance. It made me lose 1 hour of my trip. The host said he would only send me the instructions to go to the apartment if I filled the form. I'm not even sure Booking allows such requirement. ALSO Water with no pressure They offer a LINEN that they call "towels" No full body mirror (1 face mirror for 6 girls was nightmare) Bad acoustics - Noise from train and you can hear EVERYTHING from upper apartment Disgusting moth crawling from a hole in the baseboard

Location was great. Google Maps needs to be updated as it does not do the apartment's location justice. Only really discovered how good the location was after a walking around the long way (as directed by Google Maps).

No way to lock apartment door from inside (ie when i went shops i would need to lock my family in the apartment - which could be a hazard in an emergency scenario) so not ideal.

L'appartamento è vicinissimo alla stazione centrale e al centro storico. L'appartamento è nuovo e quindi estremamente curato e pulito.

Noi eravamo un gruppo di 6 persone (4 adulti e 2 bambini). Al momento della prenotazione abbiamo fissato due camere con relativo bagno. Abbiamo visionato le stanze e i bagni effettivamente erano diversi. Al momento dell'arrivo invece ci siamo ritrovati in un unico appartamento con due stanze ma un unico bagno (con i disagi del caso visto che eravamo 6 persone ad usufruire dello stesso bagno) e quando abbiamo chiesto una sistemazione diversa ci è stato risposto che non era possibile. Le camere pur essendo molto comode e nuove non hanno la TV che è ad uso solo del salone. Infine, non c'è citofono. Ogni volta che qualcuno usciva dovevamo scendere ad aprire al portone del Palazzo. Per cui, pur essendo una struttura di tutto rispetto, il rapporto qualità dei servizi/prezzo non è stato assolutamente conveniente.
