La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la terminal de tren y del centro comercial donde hay supermercados, bares, restaurantes y tiendas de ropa. Además el departamento está refaccionado recientemente con lo cual está en muy buen estado. Si bien las vías del tren están justo por detrás, tiene muy buenas ventanas que hacen al departamento este aislado tanto de ruidos como de las temperaturas.

En la sala de estar, donde está el sofá cama, no tiene aire acondicionado, pero si está preparada toda la instalación para el mismo.
