Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, alles ist sauber und in fast neuem Zustand. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt remote, aber Dank der guten Beschreibung war alles kein Problem. Die Anweisungen vom Gastgeber waren sehr präzise und korrekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, für uns, 4 Personen, war diese mehr als genug. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber erfolgt via wahtsapp.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an den Bahngleisen und ist für empfindliche Leute extrem laut. Ohne Ohrstöpsel bei mir ging gar nicht, die anderen fanden es nicht schlimm. Weiterhin ist die Parksituation in der Region extrem schwierig. Wir hatten zwei Mal Glück und konnten einen Parkplatz finden (1€/Std.), aber am dritten Abend nach 1 Stunde Rumfahren, haben wir auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz geparkt, wo man 2€/Stunde zahlen musste, aber auch für die Nachtstunden!!! Das hat uns über 20€ für eine Nacht gekostet! Also für Reisenden mit einem Auto kann hier richtig teuer werden.

Cazarea e în centru, foarte aproape de gară și de zonele importante din oraș, camerele sunt mari, curate și liniștite. Totul a fost excepțional.

Location! 4 minutes to train with shortcut through car park. 10 minutes to ferry. Well stocked kitchen. Modern and nice aesthetic, recently renovated. Had some helpful recommendations in check in booklet.

Staff were difficult to deal with. We were not offered bag drop early, and despite staff knowing we were waiting downstairs from 2.40pm, had to text them again at 3pm to get code to lock box with the key. Then the key to front door didn’t work. We had to send multiple videos of ourselves showing the key wouldn’t work and were even threatened with a 50€ charge if we broke the key, despite them insisting we keep trying it. They didn’t believe us that the key didn’t work so sent someone out to “show us how to use it”. Then had to wait for that person to return to the office again and come back with another key. All up this took almost an extra hour for us to get in the front door. We’d seen from other reviews that there were no blankets on the bed, we asked the staff member if we could have some and they said they’d send some over. It took 5 requests via text and 4 more nights to actually get some. The apartment overall was clean but the bathroom has lots of mould on the ceiling and after a few days the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, even with ventilation fan running continuously. There’s quite a bit of train noise but this comes with being near the station although the windows do a decent job at reducing this. There was a fair bit of construction noise in the building while we were there as well. Toilet is awkwardly positioned for larger people. Bathroom cabinet drawer is broken and wouldn’t close.

Very. Clean, well equipped. Great location steps away from train station, shopping and restaurants. Would have been nice to have an ac unit in the living room but if you keep it running all day it cools down the whole place. Overall an excellent accommodation option! We had a great experience.

Needed more towels! Would be excellent to have a washer/dryer on the apartment!

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und zeitgemäß eingerichtet.

Leider hat es in der Küche an ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. Geschirrhandtücher. Die Lage finde ich nicht so toll. Die vorbeifahrende Züge hört man auch mit geschlossenen Fenster. Wir als Familie haben uns nicht so Wohlgefühlt.

La reserva no contemplaba el desayuno. La ubicación excelente. Al lado de la estación de tren, a 150mts de la peatonal y a 600 mts del puerto deportivo.

Muy incompleto el mobiliario y la vajilla extremadamente básica. Sin microondas, ni tostadora, lavavajillas, lavarropas, sin tender y heladera muy pequeña para 4 personas. No había un solo espejo en los dormitorios, ni mantas. Supongo que estos faltantes se deben a que el departamento es muy nuevo. Parecía recién estrenado y la crítica es para que con muy poco, puede pasar a ser excelente.

Que no hay cobijas, bueno somos muy friolentos.
