"It was basically what I expected for the price I paid."

Ground floor room gave me easy access without climbing stairs, I enjoyed watching Magnolia Network and NewsMax on the TV

parking close to my room was cramped for my mid-sized SUV. 2 small live roaches in the microwave and I saw 1 adult on the floor when I turned on the lights early AM
