The bed and room was clean

The staff and they didn't have a way for me to get the wheelchair up-and-down from the room we were in.I asked that we could move.They said they didn't have nothing so karen wheelchair and a disabled person up and down the stairs was not easy for my husband so I will never get this room again and asking for a tip here your tip build something for disables

Estaba sucio el frigobar, tirando agua y para poder prender la tv se tardo mucho el personal para ir a checar ambas cosas, eso sí el personal muy amable en todo momento solo que no hablaban español y me comunicaba con app

"Horrible experience"

The young man was nice in front desk but the owner or manager (a woman ) was horrible!

The woman manager or owner not sure who she was but she was very rude! She accused me of smoking in the room even though I specifically booked for a non smoking room. I informed her it was the neighbor who's door was conjoined to mine but she basically told me I was the one that smoked in the room. Said she would put a note in the computer system of this and I basically told her I just would not rent there again. I did not like the way I was treated and accused of something I definitely did not do!
