Everyone at Seashells was lovely. Welcoming and friendly but still chilled. The common area was great for meeting people or staying solo if you prefer. Lots of cute dogs to pet and the view overlooking the water was great. My private room was really clean and the fan was enough to stay cool overnight.

Blinds/curtains and a mosquito net in the private room would be my only suggestions. (Already available in the dorms)

The lounge & staff were nice. Good location on the beach! Nice chill atmosphere.

Facilities were not that great, toilet’s weren’t the cleanest, water pressure was bad and the other toilet’s sink didn’t work. The stairs leading upstairs are a bit unsafe. A bit pricy in our opinion compared to other hostels we have stayed.

The most incredible location was matched with a beautifully decorated and relaxed hostel with the cutest puppy! Really chilled vibe and sociable too, we were even invited to a party on the island for the opening of a new hostel which was fun. Bunk beds with plugs and a fan - we were a bit worried about lack of AC but this wasn't an issue at all. Really friendly owners who put on daily yoga classes and bracelet making. Food near the hostel is AMAZING - especially recommend the Seapony Cafe, the cambodian restaurant out the back of the hostel, and the massive mango shakes from the local restaurant 2 doors down. Quick tip, just make sure you take enough cash out on the mainland as thr whole island is cash only and get a SIM card as there's no WiFi on the island either.

The owners and the travelers I met at the hostel were great. The Hostel is located just right in front of the beach 👌🏽

It can get hot at night with the fans only.

The hostel is straight onto the beach and minutes walk from all the best restaurants and pier of M’Pai Bai. The minute we walked in we were welcomed by volunteers and instantly felt like a part of a family, and ended up extending to stay over a week when the original plan was 3 nights 😅
