Excellent location

I would have loved the apatment to have an aircon instead of a fan.

Location was amazing and size of unit was very good.

We checked in for 3 nights and no one informed us that the building had a water issue and that there was no hot water or any water pressure. For 2 of the 3 days we had this problem. On check out I left my medicine in the fridge… 2 hours later I had messaged the agent to ask to please check if it was in the fridge and I was told the next morning only that the cleaning service had thrown it all away. Very disappointed in that

Fantastic location. Secure building.

The only bump was the lack of air conditioning as it can get very hot in the afternoon. The fan helped, but everything else was excellent. Would stay again.

This place was perfect for our stay in Cape Town. It was super comfy, super beautiful, spacious too. The equipment was up to date, we even had a sea view. The staff were so helpful, I phoned about 7 times when I get lost on entering the place and they did not once get fed up with me lol. Love their patience, love the stay. I loved how chill it was. I will be back. If you want luxury, and an extremely good location, without it feeling overwhelming or having too much people around you, this place is for you
