The location is excellent for access to amenties

The shower waste smelled awful. The constant noise late at night until the early hours of the morning from the surrounding units was most disturbing.

The floor was not clean, the drains had a terrible smell and some maintenance like locks etc needed to be attended to. It was also very noisy and there was no air conditioning

Very Morden and beautiful

The reception of the building and the access control. We had a neighbour who smokes weee day and night. Very unpleasant

The apartment was very spacious and looked modern.

The apartment had a pungent smell throughout. The smell was worst inside both bathrooms. Nothing we did could get rid of the smell. When taking a shower, the water takes a long time to drain and would overflow. The same goes with the sinks in both bathrooms. We stayed over the weekend and every evening, the whole apartment would smell of weed coming from other apartments. There’s only stand fans in the apartment and no air-conditioning or heater.
