The Cosmo Luxury Suites by Totalstay

I was advised of a security deposit on the morning of checking into the accommodation that was not previously communicated on booking. Interestingly, there was another guest checking in around the same time as I was and they were not charged a security deposit 🙃 There is a guy that supposedly meant to handle the check-ins. I had been in contacted him when making my way from the airport and when I arrived he was no where to be found (he kept on saying he is coming but no show). I sent me a message that I must collect the key at the opposites hotel’s reception. The communication and administration was so bad that it took away from the experience of the accommodation. The only person that was helpful and professional was the housekeeping lady - a gem. What a pity.

Noisy location. Garage ramps were a nightmare.

Gets a bit noisy if you have the room facing the filling station

It’s was so aesthetically pleasing and the sea view!!! A walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping centres. The staff were so friendly and understanding. We had a lovely stay and definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Great location, close to shops , beaches and restaurants. Apartments are spacious and modern.good security.

No aircon and when you open windows it’s quite noisy

The location was perfect. Close to the beach and shopping centre. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The place is very spacious What got exactly what we saw in the pictures

There is no full body(long) mirror. We also wanted to have a bubble bath but there was no cork in the bathtub. Other than that the place was amazing

Spacious and well sort location.

The apartment is very hot because of lack of air conditioning. Perhaps management can think on putting an air on.
