BLUE WAVES kite surfing beach resort

Very sweet welcoming people, Beautiful pool view,exceptionally clean villas and restaurant.it was decent .the food was very good the service great 👍 .very friendly manager and staff,Best value for money..we had a lovely stay here,would highly recommended this calm & quiet resort.

Everything is just a perfect . Amazing place,view and villas specially pool.Extremely well designed villas .the breakfast was fantastic.the staff listen everyone's wishes fast and friendly service.you will feel like at home.quite and so peaceful.100% recommend👍

The service provided by hotel staff was really great - Ushan Pinsara was super accommodating, as we went on an early boat trip and he kindly provided breakfast upon our return, despite being outside of the time allocation; we really did appreciate his help! The beach is really close and the family run business of boat trips and excursions, just 200m from the hotel, were amazing!

The pool was had a green substance coating the edges and we did not feel it was clean enough to use (but they were attending to it everyday) and we had to ask for new towels as even the replaced ones were stained. There was a slight smell in the room which a candle or room spray could fix.

Absolutely heavenly destination.Flawless hospitality and kindness from the whole resort team,so friendly and helpful.they organize whatever you want, perfect location for kite surfing. the all-inclusive package was 100% worth it.excellent food, beautiful modern villas, clean and big.easy working distance to the beach.Especilly the pool here is very big and very beautiful.this is a great place where you can enjoy freedom.i will definitely come back

The property was clean ,presently extremely well.super affordable and pleasant for the price of pay.there staff are absolutely great ,very helpful with my request .you can ask anything and they are always available.very quiet and is a really great place to stay as a solo traveler.Food is great . ”i highly recommended this place “

Breakfast was decent

Management staff! Everything seemed more complicated/difficult than it needed to be, response to questions online was virtually non-existent except to say they could handle my requests on site, only to be told to look it up on the internet when I got there (re tours, transfers). Additionally, they charged me for their booking.com commission fee, on top of what I was quoted! This has never happened anywhere else. Half the items on the restaurant menu weren't available either.

Ushan the Manager is a great guy. He is 7/24 on the floor and strives for best customer satisfaction. Staff in general also perfect and friendly.

More preventive approach for mosquitos!!! Kitchen should be faster and better quality ingredients, meat, chicken, saussage etc...

Bungalows are spacious and very clean, there is hot water in bathrooms which awesome! Bathrooms are open and you can see palms while having a shower. Breakfast can be better but I believe they will improve 😊

The resort was amazing. All the staff are great. very supportive ,kind and extremely friendly,specially big thank you to manager Ushan...who helped me with everything during my stay.the food was excellent,the great resturant .food was so delicious specially seafood platters.the pool view cabbana was excellent.my cabbana was clean and comfortable. The value for money is fantastic the location is very close to the sandy beach. I'm definitely coming back.thank you guys for evening..👍

We booked this hotel for three nights. On arrival we found no one at the front desk but bellboy gave us keys and helped taking our baggage to the room. We found no other guests at the hotel except 3-4 workers of the hotel. We had no hotel parking, no internet, and no TV. We had to arrange few day trips, but bellboy was not able to help us. We went to the hotel restaurant for supper, but they were not able to prepare what we wanted but we had to eat what they can prepare and pay. At this point we felt that we arrived in a refugee camp not a hotel, and we wanted to cancel the booking and leave the hotel following morning. With no internet, with lot of difficulties, we managed to phone an oversees Booking.Com office. With great assistance from an oversees Booking.Com customer care person (Booking.Com customer care person found no one at the front desk but sent an e-mail to hotel about our complaint) we managed to cancel our booking for following two nights. Following morning we told bellboy that we need to checkout, surprisingly hotel manager arrived at the property quickly and told us that we need to pay the full amount for three nights indicating that they have no instructions from Booking. Com and hotel had to pay Booking.Com fees for three nights but with great difficulty I was able to show an e-mail from Booking.Com and hard copy of the booking of the Booking.Com and get away from scammers of that property. Worst experience in Sri Lanka with professional scammers!!
