Janet Hale Studios, Garden Apartment

Janet is such a wonderful host, this is in a perfect location and has everything you need for a short stay in Glastonbury. This was my second visit and I will be back 🙂

Cute for 2 but unfortunately was not made to feel comfortable and not advertised accurately.

Was at the top of a steep hill, heat was controlled by host who will turn it off if we had even a small window open. Cost much more than places in the vicinity 3* the size. No TV no WiFi 3/4 bed in bedroom single bed actually a foot short in front"room" by window. Was told to leave the key in a lockbox at property with code to open box but outside not lit and pitch black very difficult to open box or see numbers. Door to property incredibly hard to open or shut. Couldn't park within 100ft of property. Saw rats on not in property at least that we witnessed.

The place was good location

No heating and beds wasn't great they were hard and no TV never go back their again

We loved the location as it was very quiet but also very close to the town centre,the garden apartment had a really cosy feel and had everything in it you could need,As for the host Janet she could not do enough for you and even invited us to see a local band that night.

maybe a bigger christmas house sign as we drove pass it a couple of times before locating the drive.

The host had done lots to make us feel welcome - providing many little things a traveller may have forgotten.

I could say many little things, but it had a generally ‘run down’ air which didn’t gel well with the price we were paying.

Lovely host who showed us round. Nice accommodation. Really close to Morrisons and the shops. Had parking
