Newly Remodeled Motel in Gatlinburg!

I loved the location and that it was so well kept. It is a really nice and cozy place. I would definitely recommend it!!

The unit was very nice and clean. A log cabin feel.

The cold water wouldn't turn on. The owner came in to fix it and said there was nothing he could do until Monday. Gave us pliers to turn the cold water on and off. It became stripped and we had to take hot unbearable showers. Was told nothing he could do and no units to switch us to.

Nice and out of way of the hustle and busstle,but convenient to everything. Was very quiet. Great for a couple or single person.

Small bathroom. Needs more electrical plug-ins and small odd and ends details in the room.

Excellent will go to it again

It was comfortable. That's why I liked it.

Good access for the National Park

I was in Cabin 1 which was literally on the road. The traffic noise was really loud, even through the night which meant I didn’t get much sleep. The WiFi was patchy at best, maybe the hub is too far from the cabin. Also I couldn’t get the water much above cold.

I liked the little stream running by the doorway entrance and that we saw a bear in the creek. One big room, roomy. King size bed.

No signage to know we were at the right place. There was no office or staff to check in with. Received a message with code to the door. 2 rolls of tp for 4 days/4nights, 2 towels, 2 washcloths; noone to see for more; we had to buy more. 1 sheet, 1 thin blanket, no extras and no one to get more from. 3 pillows for bed; we had to go buy more. Coffee pot, but no coffee or napkins. No chairs, just a bed, table and 4 small stools. Beer bottle cap, pizza crust found in floor and leftover food in fridge. No ice trays or anyone to ask or place to get one.
