Newly Remodeled Motel in Gatlinburg!

Inside: newly remodeled, new big smart TV/ appliances, nice floor, good location outside downtown gridlock. Lacking were sufficient outlets near bed (I’m grounded power strip on one side).

Filthy entranceway, so gross you want to jump over to avoid nasty deteriorated rug. In rain, this would turn into a toxic soup. Ugly exterior, poorly patched roof… a shocking contrast to the remodeled interior. No closet or even hooks for hanging clothes. Shower curtain literally touched toilet. Tiny, used toiletry bottles. Ceiling light had one out of four working bulbs. Freezer needed defrosting. Worst was that we couldn’t initially get in! Had to call manager; he said keypad had low battery and he let us in remotely. He said someone to deliver a key while we were gone, which exposed us security wise since we had to leave to go to dinner. Someone needs to inspect keypads to ensure proper working condition. I hinted to manager that entryway could use sweeping when we contact him him about keypad. Nothing was done. It wouldn’t take that much effort to clean up the exterior and replace the battery.

Very comfortable, very warming

Everything was superb the host was exceptional

Aidan, the property manager was really responsive with any questions and needs I had. The room was much larger than I expected which I appreciated. The fridge was a great size which I appreciated and there was plenty of room for my things. I had a great stay.

The only downside was that the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working and the lights in the bathroom above the sink didn’t turn on. The bathroom sink was also a bit wonky. But otherwise really cute comfortable place :) I would definitely stay again

Totally not what we were expecting, it's a tiny space right on a busy main road (we unluckily got room 1 - others were further back). It was loud outside & we had to use the aircon unit to drown out the noise. There was no space for our luggage, you have to keep putting it on & off the bed - so for a weekend visitor with a small bag - maybe ok. No space for your stuff in the bathroom either & after a very wet walk in the Great Smoky Mountains - nowhere to try to dry stuff out. The so-called kitchenette had 2 cups only & 2 coffee pods for a 2 night stay. No cutlery or plates or anything yet it had a fridge, coffee maker & microwave. Well out of town but there is a free shuttle bus & a few places to eat nearby.

The room was great and we loved having the creek right outside.

The only thing that I would suggest is having enough towels and washcloths for the entire stay.

The bed wasn’t comfortable the pillows were horrible. The bathroom super tiny and shower even smaller.

The location. Just a couple of miles from downtown Gatlinburg. Easy access in and out. The best part was how quiet and private the property is. The next best part is the no hassle with signing in and filling out paperwork before entering your room. Everything is done through texting to the management with your questions or needs. Management responds quickly and is very polite. The apartment was the most clean and updated than any hotel room I’ve ever been in. It was like a small little cabin perfect for two people. The layout was perfect. Has a full size coffee maker and a nice size apartment fridge that kept your food nice and cold. I was totally impressed with the room and its layout. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I have never felt more at home and comfortable in any hotel room like I did in this beautiful little apartment. The bed was the most comfortable of beds. The woodwork was pleasant to look at and I would most definitely stay there again. Last but not least, the cost was affordable and worth every cent.
