Newly Remodeled Motel in Gatlinburg!

The property was in a great location, the bed was comfortable, and the space was clean

My only complaint is that I asked for more cosmetic towels and never received them. They want you to not use the white towels to wash off your makeup, unfortunately on the last day I had to use the white towels to wash off my makeup because I never received any more cosmetic towels.

Just didn't care for the steps to our room. Everything else was fine.

Very clean room.

The headboard was not attached to bed. Other than that it was fine.

The room was very nice

The bed was a little firmer than I like

Was very clean and quiet.

Need to change out the bath linens daily . The ones staying should not have to call and request new linens . And needs a outside light as well as mirror outside bathroom for others to use instead of having to wait on the only one in bathroom.

Clean, mattress comfortable. Quiet area. Location great.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a "New" feeling. I liked being able to walk across and get breakfast.

My only complaint would be we had no soap but it was ok.
