"An extremely comfortable cottage for a short break"

We stayed in Goatchers Cottage as it was dog friendly. We were able to arrive early, which was much appreciated, as my husband needed to continue his journey to work. We received a warm welcome. The owners are next door if required. The cottage is compact, very comfortable, a great shower and well equipped. We enjoyed the choice of eating out in the village. The Findon Manor Hotel (opposite) provided a great breakfast, the Findon Vale garden centre is dog friendly, as are most of the pubs.

I bought my recycling items home as there was only a rubbish bin.

Excellent location, property is equipped to an extremely high standard. Best night sleep we've had in a long time. Facilities are all high-end and a lovely welcome pack.Huge thanks to our host, Judith and Toby. We shall definitely be back.

We were unaware it was open plan. Cottage implies seperate bedroms. Especially as a pet was allowed it would have been preferable.

"Excellent village location"

Very spacious, clean and modern. Bathroom is brand new and the kitchen very well equipped. We loved the terrace and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. Gorgeous village location, highly recommended.

Full blackout blinds would be the icing on the cake.
