"Comfy, high spec and quiet"

The bathroom finishing's and the modern design kitchen. The little extra touches were much appreciated. Our hosts were very friendly. Very peaceful spot.

The pictures on the booking featured a four poster bed, although we didn't require a second or a third bed, we felt the pictures may have been misleading or at least misinterpreted as to whether it one holiday home or two.

"Fantastic Accomodatuon and hosts!"

We had a lovely stay at the Studio over the weekend for a wedding! The studio is very cosy and High spec! Judith & Toby were fantastic hosts and I would definitely recommend!

"2 night stay for a family wedding."

Stayed in the lovely village of Findon as we were attending a family wedding at Cissbury Barns which was very close by. We had a lovely time staying at Goatchers cottage. The hosts Judith and Toby were lovely and very welcoming and our stay was really enjoyable. We would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful and cosy little cottage, perfect for myself and my partner. Had everything you could want or need for your stay along with the most welcoming and nice hosts we've ever had. Bed super comfy. Bathroom clean and very suitable. Kitchen suitable and really nice. Lovely little garden area to relax in.

The property was very spacious. We took great advantage of the terrace out the back of the property which was equally as good for our little doggy. The hosts were absolutely amazing, they are so welcoming and approachable. The village is such a beautiful place with plenty of country walks nearby. We couldn't have asked for a better mini break - thank you so much!

There isn't anything we didn't like about the property or our stay.

Comfortable and very clean. Nice little patio area to enjoy that morning cuppa. Easy check in with key pad safe for keys. Nice quiet location set just off the road made for a good night sleep Good communication beforehand with owner. Chose not to stay for breakfast so can’t comment on quality.

Little step down from main area in to the bathroom. No bin in the bathroom to place make up wipes etc.
