The location was lovely. A main high street and a bus route but still quiet and peaceful. The hosts were lovely and friendly. The accommodation was clean, well designed and the thoughtful touches didn’t go unnoticed

We stayed in the studio. Newly refurbished and to a high standard. Everything you need for a few nights away. Loads of choice for eating out within a five minute walk of the property, although it is in a quiet village. Lovely sunny patio area to enjoy the sun for most of the day. Cheese and biscuits were a lovely thought for our arrival, as was the bottle of milk. Nice walks in the area and not far to drive to the coast.

Suggest turning the instant hot water tap/heater off at night as it can be a bit noisy

"Great location for Surrey Hills walks and beach. Quiet lovely village with pubs close by."

Location, property was clean and had everything you needed.

No available off road parking, however village was quiet enough to park alongside the roads.

Lovely studio apartment with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Immaculate throughout and everything finished to a high standard and real attention to detail (including things such as soft, clean, luxurious towels). Really comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Hosts were lovely, helpful and friendly. Communication prior and during really good. Property felt very safe and secure. Appreciated the added extras such as water. milk, cheese and crackers on arrival.

Nothing to dislike!

"A little bit of unpretentious luxury accommodation at a sensible price"

Fabulous stay with just the right blend of home comfort and luxury. A recently refurbished bathroom with a rain shower head was lovely after long walks in the surrounding country side. Hosts were superb and went out of their way to ensure our stay was as cosy as the cottage itself. Best nights sleep in a long time in a super comfy bed. An award winning pub 150 metres from the property may have helped here!
