Family Coastal Escape Hot Tub, Cinema & Games Room

Lock box but no pre code received, large house

Cutlery and glasses dirty. Lots of inside lights didn’t work and outdoor light by hot tub didn’t work. Property was dusty

Very spacious, lovely big rooms, very well equipped

Not a major issue but some outdoor lighting would be good .

Very large house and garden - excellent for 2 families with pets. Great location. Very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay between christmas and new year. Lovely pub and beach within 15 min walk

As good as the property was - and we did have a great stay - there are a few things that could be improved. For example - there were no batteries in any remote controls, there weren't enough wine glasses or mugs, no coffee facilities (cafetiere was broken), some of the gym equipment not working, outside bins overflowing, etc. All fairly minor things but could be improved to make this an outstanding property.

Location and space was amazing. Hot tub was great. Cinema room, gym and pool table.

Few minor issues. No outside lights so was very dark outside. Not much power in the shower. Broken socket that would’ve been bad if we had very young kids, bit awkward to set up the dvd player in the cinema room with no remote. Very small freezer.

House - nice and big with plenty of space. All bedrooms comfortable. Plenty of space throughout. Very large picturesque gardens. Good location

Described as Jaw dropping beach house with sea views - Only sea views are from one ensuite bedroom upstairs. Lots of facilities advertised for property which was a key factor for our group but unfortunately a number of them were either not working or only partially usable. This included the hot-tub ( majority of jets not working ) - surround sound in cinema room not connected, tv remotes not working ( no spare batteries) , no light in main bathroom and various other niggles - most of which could have been rectified quickly with a supply of batteries/bulbs and some simple instructions.

Size of the house was perfect loads of space inside and out , lots of parking room too. Good sea path walks down the lane. Gym / Game and cinema room we loved would have loved to find the dvd remote but managed with the buttons :-)

shower door was broken in ensuite so couldn't use that shower . jacuzzi lid was a bit heavy ,little awkward to put back on , we only used it once as only a few jets seemed to work . just something that might be helpful directions from main road keep right as you go up the lane , went left once when looking for house had a long tight reverse back no turning point at the bottom that way lol

What an amazing house. Brilliant size for two families and lots to do. Clean and comfortable and great location.

There were a few minor things that would have made the stay better. The pool cues were all broken so we couldn't play pool, it would have been great to have some cloths and more cleaning things for the kitchen area. Dvd player in the front room would have been nice as the kids hogged the cinema room as the reception on the TV wasn't great when the weather was bad at night. Apart from those tiny things the stay was fab.
